1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, when applicable
- Free from damage caused by improper use
- Accompanied by the order information or proof of purchase
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The name of the item
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Do not send a return to the address shown on your payment receipt unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs or other information to help us evaluate the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and availability.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error on our part.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that:
- Have been used or damaged after delivery
- Are missing original packaging or components
- Have been modified or altered
- Are returned after the applicable return period
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipping.
